Job Description - Coordinator - Sales & Marketing (001489)DescriptionKey Roles & Responsibilities• Coordinate activities related to arrangment of fuel supplies to international vessels worldwide;• Follow-up the bunker purchase procedure before, during and after fuel supply to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues as may arise;• Prepare daily operations activity report;• Prepare contracts and correspondence for the agencies as and when required;• Post fixture of all department activity and invoicing (Oracle system);• Attend to the inquiries of the customers and ensure that their requirements are met;• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.QualificationsEducation & Professional Qualification:- Diploma in Business Management, Shipping, Logistics or any marine related fieldProfessional Experience:- 2-3 years of relevant experienceGeographic Experience:- Middle East/GCC experience is preferredComputer Skills:- Good knowledge of MS Office, Oracle and web applicationsLanguage Skills:- Business fluent EnglishMarket/Industry/Functional Knowledge:- Good knowledge of the international shipping status and marine regulations;- Good knowledge of bunker sales procedures; #J-18808-Ljbffr
