Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 5 years of postqualification internal audit experience for a shortterm project in the energy and utilities sector. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in conducting a comprehensive audit of budgeting and reporting processes to ensure compliance accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough audits of budgeting and reporting processes within the energy and utilities sector.

Evaluate financial statements reports and budgets for accuracy completeness and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Identify and assess risks ensuring that appropriate controls are in place.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather relevant information and insights.

Provide recommendations for process improvements and risk mitigation.

Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings recommendations and corrective actions.

Stay informed about industry trends regulations and best practices relevant to energy and utilities.

Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 5 years of postqualification experience in internal audit.

Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting processes within the energy and utilities sector.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations accounting standards and compliance requirements.

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.

Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial information to diverse stakeholders.

Detailoriented and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
