Job Description: Supervising HR staff performance and guiding employees to better performance while ensuring good working relationships with employees.Assisting the HR department in the hiring process.Assisting in employee compensation.Developing strategies and implementing changes that improve job knowledge.Recruiting, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.Handling employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training.Planning, directing and coordinating the administrative function of an organization.
