DHL Global Forwarding Qatar has an opening for an  IP Ops Supervisor where you will be responsible for the efficient running of the Industrial Projects operations. Join us now in connecting people and improving lives.

In this IP Ops Supervisor position

• You will improve IP service levels and internal KPI’s, IP profitability and processes.
• You will be responsible for overall responsibilities of the Industrial Projects operations.
• You will oversee breakbulk discharges and loading operations at Port and Sites.
• You will be responsible for the supervision of cargo loading/offloading, transportation to site.
• You will be responsible for reparation of method statements in collaboration with internal stakeholders (engineering & HSE Team) and external stakeholders (transport suppliers).
• You will ensure cargo operation is in line with method statement and coordinate with relevant authorities.
• You will manage and lead the Implementation of each Project.
• You will work closely with the HSSE and Risk Manager when overseeing Heavy Lifts.
• You will have the responsibility for IP Revenue and Costs and profitability.
• You will be responsible to meet KPI’s expected for project-based cargo.
• You will be participating in customer solutions development and implementation of new accounts.
• You will maintain relationships with suppliers and manage supplier performance and monitor customer satisfaction.

• 3 – 5 years relevant industry experience in a supervisory role.
