Job Description - Regional Fleet Manager

We are looking for a Regional Fleet Manager

The main objectives for this role will be:

  1. Market development of fleet and corporate programs to improve the fleet business
  2. Define corporate and fleet offers/programs in the region
  3. Analysis of the market and the competitive situation
  4. Implementation of competitive programs with the dealerships to improve the Fleet business
  5. Target group specific communication concepts for fleet and corporate customers by means of marketing activities
  6. Pro-active development of sales opportunities and professionalization of dealer network

Main Responsibilities

Market analysis and exploitation of fleet and corporate potentials.

Management and further development of Fleet and Corporate support programs.

Definition of fleet packages for key models and coordination with VWAG and VME Finance.

Annual target agreement process for fleet targets with dealers.

Monitoring and controlling of fleet performance in dealerships.

Establishment of Fleet and Corporate reporting tools and ensuring quality.

Development and monitoring of Fleet and Corporate IT solution for enrollment.

Budget controlling for fleet and corporate business, monitoring and controlling of support payments.

Definition of key accounts and monitoring of key account management of the dealers.

Development and support of government programs.

Definition of corporate and fleet strategy per market and derivation of measures.

Definition and implementation of fleet and corporate business POS material, communication and advertising material in cooperation with VME marketing.

Establishment of CRM IT tools for Fleet and Corporate prospects data management.

Ensuring F&C involvement in events and marketing activities and development of specialized F&C events (Events, Conferences, workshops etc.).

Implementation of corporate policies in the markets and ensuring process adherence.

Implementation of process improvements and control mechanisms to ensure compliance.

Development and monitoring of Aftersales concept for Fleet business in cooperation with AAS.

Development of F&C sales executives training and assessment programs with ADD.

Capitalizing on PR opportunities for image driving F&C deals and cooperation’s.

Key Competencies & Qualifications

For you to be successful for this role, you must possess below attributes:

  • Minimum 4 years Sales experience in the Automotive field with experience in Fleet business
  • Degree level qualification desirable
  • Track record of achieving results using a problem-solving approach
  • Producing management reports
  • Automotive background at management/supervisory level, ideally in retail or other performance/customer orientated role essential
