Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Client Relations Assistant to join our team at BeIN Sports in Doha. As a Client Relations Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met on a timely basis. This role will require excellent planning and time management skills to effectively communicate with clients and provide them with the necessary support.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and provide assistance as needed - Manage client accounts and ensure all information is accurate and up to date - Coordinate with various departments within the company to fulfill client requests and resolve any issues - Assist in developing and implementing client retention strategies to ensure customer satisfaction - Prepare reports and presentations for clients on a regular basis - Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information to clients in a timely manner - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and potential clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
