The business development executive for HVAC products is the outdoor sales position within the sales and marketing team and includes responsibilities for new sales development. The business development executive is responsible for identifying prospective opportunities, developing customer relationships, executing the company’s marketing plan, protecting the company’s profitability, and fostering the growth of the sales and marketing teams. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:. 1) Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets for the company in the region. 2) Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including MEP contractors, facility management companies, real estate consultants, HVAC maintenance companies, freelance teams, and customers at all levels. 3) Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including contractors, purchase departments, and procurement departments. 4) Responsible for sales volume, forecasting, and sales growth by maintaining the existing customer base and increasing the new customer base within the designated sales territory. 5) Ensure timely recovery of customer payments in line with customer-agreed credit terms and report to the manager. 6) Provide regular reports on business performance, market trends, sales projections, and competitor activity to management. Job Requirements 1) Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and business development activities in the QATAR / GCC market for HVAC products/ Building Maintenance or related. 2) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent 3) Qatar Driving License (Preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month Experience: Sales: 2 years (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
