Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate holds multiple industry-recognized certifications, demonstrating expertise in a broad range of cybersecurity domains. This role will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the company's security posture, managing incident response, conducting threat analysis, and leading security operations. Key Responsibilities: Security Operations Management: Lead the Security Operations Center (SOC), ensuring effective monitoring, detection, and response to security threats and incidents. Incident Response: Manage the incident response process, including detection, containment, eradication, and recovery. Threat Intelligence: Conduct threat intelligence gathering, analysis, and dissemination to stay ahead of emerging threats and trends. Intrusion Detection and Analysis: Utilize tools and techniques to detect, analyze, and respond to network and system intrusions. Penetration Testing: Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security weaknesses and recommend mitigation strategies. Security Management: Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other departments to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the organization. Mentoring and Training: Mentor junior security team members and provide training to employees on security best practices. Required Certifications and Qualifications: GCIA - Certified Intrusion Analyst CISM - Certified Information Security Manager OSCP - Offensive Security Certified Professional CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional GCIH - GIAC Certified Incident Handler CTIA - Certified Threat Intelligence Analyst GSOM - GIAC Certified Security Operations Manager Experience and Skills: Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field. Strong knowledge of security frameworks, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and others. Experience with security tools like SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners, and endpoint protection. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Experience in a leadership or managerial role is preferred.
