Qualification : • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred. • ITIL Foundation certification required; ITIL Intermediate or Expert certification preferred. • Proven experience in service transition management, with at least 10 years in a similar role. • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. • In-depth knowledge of IT service management processes, including change management, release and deployment management, and configuration management. • Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or SMAX. • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies is a plus. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and quality assurance. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 📍 Location : Qatar
