Job Responsibilities Oversee company communication & interactions through implementing content and community strategies Create social media content: Reels, videos, images for platforms Schedule, post and manage social media platforms (mainly instagram, tiktok & popup website notifications) Create offers, incentives and initiatives that drive company revenue and growth with support from GM, OPs Manager and Head Trainers Organize internal and external social events that build brand awareness, exposure and align brand positioning Plan and shoot videos/images for branded content and paid campaigns Analyze engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and plan digital campaigns to build community online presence Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency Work with brand to create and implement quarterly social media strategies Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, image, voice and terminology Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through instagram Ensure progress on platform by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others Oversee the creation and implementation of the monthly calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives Qualification / Prerequisites Min 2 years of Social Media Management experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or related field Knowledge of Adobe & final Cut Pro an advantage Professional certification in Google Analytics strongly preferred Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office, google drive and Adobe knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention Understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach Ability to manage and supervise a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: QAR8,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Are you currently available in Doha, Qatar?
