Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Qatar Free Zones Authority (QFZA) is seeking a passionate and resourceful Operations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in operations or a related field. This is a remote work position, allowing for flexibility in location.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the day-to-day operations of the organization, including coordinating logistics, managing schedules, and supporting team members. - Conduct research and analysis to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. - Monitor and track key performance indicators to assess the success of operational initiatives. - Assist with project management tasks as needed.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field. - Strong critical thinking skills and emotional intelligence. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
