Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Operations Associate to join our team at Hamad Medical Corporation in a remote work capacity. As an entry-level position, this role will primarily focus on supporting the operational functions of our organization.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, including but not limited to scheduling, data entry, and research tasks - Collaborate with team members to help streamline and improve operational processes - Handle administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records - Support project management by coordinating tasks and deadlines - Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations - Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Creativity in problem-solving and process improvement - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred - Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
