Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Online Operations Associate to join our team at Qatar Rail in Doha. As an Online Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various online operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of our online platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage the daily operations of our online platforms, including website, social media, and online booking systems. 2. Monitor online performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. 3. Collaborate with various teams to implement online strategies and initiatives. 4. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends to recommend innovative solutions. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing campaigns. 6. Coordinate with external vendors and partners to optimize online operations. 7. Troubleshoot any technical issues or customer complaints related to online operations. 8. Maintain accurate records and reports related to online activities.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in online operations or related field. 3. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data insights. 4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 5. Proficiency in online platforms and tools. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Confident and adaptable personality traits. 8. Strong decision-making and innovation skills.
