Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Hamad Medical Corporation is seeking an Online Operations Associate to join our team in Doha, QA. The Online Operations Associate will be responsible for executing and managing various online operations to support our medical services. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day online operations, including website management, online patient portals, and digital communications - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless online user experience - Monitor and analyze online performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement online strategies to enhance user engagement and satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online operations - Assist in the development of online marketing campaigns and initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Strong understanding of online operations and digital technologies - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Resilient and adaptable to changing environments - Leadership and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online analytics tools
