Operations Associate

Job Description: Msheireb Properties is seeking a passionate and dedicated Operations Associate to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate level position, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in operations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Assist with day-to-day operations tasks, including but not limited to scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing administrative duties. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflows. - Contribute to process improvement initiatives and suggest innovative solutions to enhance operational effectiveness. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to ensure compliance with company regulations and standards. - Provide support to senior management in various operational tasks as needed.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a similar role. - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. - Persuasion skills to influence and motivate team members towards achieving operational goals.
