Operations Associate

Job Description:

As an Operations Associate at Qatar Solar Technologies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our operations. You will work closely with various teams within the organization to support day-to-day operations and contribute to the overall success of the company. This part-time position offers an opportunity for an enthusiastic and resourceful individual to join our team.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in managing inventory levels and tracking product movement. 2. Process orders and shipments accurately and in a timely manner. 3. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials. 4. Support logistics and transportation activities, including coordinating shipments and tracking deliveries. 5. Maintain organized records of operations activities and transactions. 6. Assist in resolving any operational issues or challenges that may arise. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and efficiency.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. 3. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Resourceful and reliable with a strong work ethic. 8. Ability to make quick and effective decisions. 9. Strong time management skills.
