Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Operations Associate to join our team at Qatar Aluminum Limited in Doha. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the company and ensuring smooth functioning of all processes. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assisting in coordinating and managing daily operations of the company - Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing emails, and maintaining files - Assisting in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures - Collaborating with different departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow - Providing support to senior management in various projects and tasks - Monitoring and optimizing operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity - Assisting in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions - Handling any ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 2+ years of experience in operations or related field - Excellent communication skills - Strong leadership abilities - Highly motivated and resourceful individual - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience working in a fast-paced environment
