Operations Associate - Work from home

Qatar Mobility Innovations Center (QMIC) is seeking a dedicated and passionate Operations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the company - Assist in coordinating and managing various projects and initiatives - Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed - Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes - Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders - Provide administrative support as required - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software programs - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Persuasion and presentation skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
