Qatar Electricity & Water Company is seeking a motivated Operations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity to work from home. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our business.

Responsibilities: - Assist in coordinating and managing day-to-day operational tasks - Monitor and maintain inventory levels - Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow - Assist in data analysis and reporting - Support in project management and implementation - Assist in improving operational processes and procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field - 1 year of relevant experience in operations or a similar role - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and hardworking personality traits - Strong decision-making and people management skills
