Job Description - Client Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Sidra Medicine is seeking a Client Support Manager to join our team in a remote work setting. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing any concerns or issues they may have. This role requires a high level of independence and adaptability, as you will be working remotely and interacting with clients from various backgrounds.


Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships and serve as their main point of contact - Proactively identify and address any client issues or concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Provide training and support to clients on the use of our products or services - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their needs are being met - Prepare reports on client interactions, feedback, and outcomes - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in client support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 8 years of experience in client support or account management - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to negotiate effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working in a remote setting is a plus
