Remote Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Qatar National Broadband Network is seeking a Remote Call Center Associate to join our team in Doha. This part-time, entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Remote Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for customers experiencing internet or connectivity issues - Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed and resolved to their satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and update customer accounts as needed - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer service and satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on the latest products and services offered by Qatar National Broadband Network

Requirements: - Confident and independent personality traits - Strong analytical and project management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus
