Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

QatarDebate is seeking a motivated and adaptable Chat Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Doha. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time chat conversations, providing timely and accurate information. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively. 3. Monitor chat metrics and performance to ensure quality service delivery. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve processes. 5. Stay current on product knowledge and updates to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Familiarity with chat support platforms and technology. 6. Motivated and adaptable personality traits. 7. Soft skills in strategic planning and cooperation. 8. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 9. Must be fluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plus.
