We are looking for a Client Service Officer to join our team at Ezdan Holding Group. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from home in Doha, QA.
As a Client Service Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients - Addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Providing support for account managers and sales representatives - Keeping accurate records of client interactions
