Remote Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Silatech is seeking a part-time Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or client support.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and follow-up as needed. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience and contribute to overall team success. 5. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and energetic personality traits to ensure a positive client interaction. 2. Strong cooperation and leadership skills to work effectively within a team. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
