Contact Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Mall of Qatar is currently seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing customer service and support to our valued customers. As an Entry Level Contact Center Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience while representing our brand in a professional and friendly manner.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner - Provide information and support to customers regarding products, services, and promotions - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently - Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics set by management - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Motivated and driven individual with a passion for helping others - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Strong computer skills and proficiency in CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
