Job Description:
As a Remote Contact Center Specialist at Snoonu, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails and messages promptly and efficiently - Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints - Document all interactions and maintain accurate customer records - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels - Meet and exceed customer service targets and KPIs - Proactively seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset - Passionate and driven individual with a strong work ethic - Ability to conduct research and provide accurate information to customers - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools - Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
