Job Description:
Al Shaqab is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team and work from home in Doha, Qatar. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency. 3. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner. 5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. 7. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 8. Meet or exceed customer service goals and metrics. 9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and best practices in customer service. 10. Provide feedback on customer trends, needs, and preferences to improve overall service.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Confident and energetic personality with excellent communication skills. 3. Strong project management and planning skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus, but not required. 6. Must have a reliable internet connection and workspace to work from home. 7. Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
