Live Chat Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Vodafone Qatar is seeking a dynamic and reliable Live Chat Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Doha, QA. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field and possess the energy and enthusiasm needed to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely manner - Utilize critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Present information clearly and effectively to ensure a positive customer experience - Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and ensure resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed - Stay up to date on product information and company policies to provide accurate and helpful responses - Adapt quickly to changes in procedures, tools, and technologies to meet customer needs

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Strong presentation and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and live chat software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
