Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Vodafone Qatar is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in Doha. As the Online Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the relationship between our company and our online customers. This is a part-time position at an associate level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for online customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through various online channels, such as email, chat, and social media - Monitor online customer reviews and feedback, and take appropriate actions to address any issues or negative feedback - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure a seamless online customer experience - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates - Analyze online customer data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement in the online client relations process - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in online client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field - Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers through various online channels - Excellent research skills to gather relevant information and address customer inquiries - Resourceful and energetic personality, with the ability to think creatively and problem solve - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
