Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Qatar Airways is seeking a part-time Support Representative to work from home in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to passengers and clients of Qatar Airways.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and resolving any issues they may have. 3. Research and provide accurate information to customers regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, visa requirements, and other related topics. 4. Maintain a high level of attention to detail when documenting customer interactions and updating customer records. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in airline policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Adhere to Qatar Airways' policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Energetic and confident personality traits. 3. Strong research skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
