Job Description:

Qatar Aeronautical College is seeking a part-time Web Chat Assistant to join our team, working from home in Doha. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our website visitors through online chat.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with website visitors in a professional and friendly manner through live chat. 2. Provide accurate information about our courses, admissions process, and any other queries. 3. Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely manner. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements: 1. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 2. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. 4. Creativity in finding innovative ways to engage with website visitors. 5. Excellent written communication skills. 6. Proficiency in using live chat software and multitasking.
