Remote Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Estithmar Holding is seeking a Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of reliability and resilience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our web chat platform, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and engaging with customers in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through our web chat platform - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet KPIs related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction - Assist in monitoring and optimizing the chat system for maximum efficiency

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask - Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Experience with CRM systems and chat software preferred
