Sales Account Manager   Job description Working as a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for the sales development of a tool facilitating the management of critical IT infrastructure - Axence nVision. Your task will be to actively acquire new users and sell our software as well as provide after-sales service to existing clients. Working with the Marketing and Technical Support departments, you will be responsible for presenting Axence solutions during webinars and conferences. This position requires regular visits to clients and partners, including business trips. Knowledge and experience in the IT industry will be valuable in this position.   Our expectations Analytical and creative approach to assigned tasks, readiness, and ability to independently solve problems. Work planning and setting priorities. Ability and experience in establishing contacts, communicating, and developing relationships with the management - decision-makers in B2B. Ability to present the product to a demanding audience. Very good knowledge of Romanian and English, both spoken and written. Experience in selling IT solutions.   Tasks Sales of software offered by Axence. Implementation of individual sales plans. Active acquisition of new clients. Regular contacts and meetings with clients / Partners. Daily work with CRM by the rules applicable at Axence. Recommending and taking actions aimed at developing sales of products offered by Axence, in particular: Analysis of needs, expanding the scope of cooperation, and building long-term relationships with clients Creating a positive image of the company on the market Participating in conferences, webinars, and industry events.   About company & team Axence has been providing around the world with professional solutions for comprehensive infrastructure management and IT security for over 18 years. By joining our team, you will be tasked with introducing nVision to the Romanian market. We care about your success, and because of that  you will receive solid substantive and training support from our experienced teams (sales, IT, marketing). As one of us, you will make independent decisions every day and cooperate with the Head of International Sales responsible for the Romanian market. The recruitment process consists of 2 online meetings, with the first one lasting 60 minutes and the second one scheduled for 90 minutes.
