What does a Sales Associate do?

A sales associate's main task is to ease the customer's entire process of buying. Their responsibilities include greeting the customers, guiding them in finding the needed products, and explaining how to use them. They should also know about similar products and try to cross-sell. Must keep a record on the POS register for the customer purchases. A Sales Associate should have cordial relationships with co-workers to strengthen as a team. Working together in coordination makes the customer experience pleasurable at the store. Listening attentively to the customer's needs and providing the appropriate product is a must-have skill. Giving suggestions on what to buy and what else to buy with other products is the aptest sales quality in a Sales Associate. Tackling customer complaints and queries with wisdom is a crucial role.
