Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Online Operations Associate to join our team at the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for supporting the online operations of our company and ensuring the seamless delivery of our services to customers worldwide.

Responsibilities: - Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth online operations - Monitor online systems and troubleshoot any technical issues - Assist in the implementation of new online initiatives and strategies - Analyze data to optimize online processes and improve customer experience - Provide support to the customer service team for online inquiries - Maintain and update online content and platforms - Collaborate with marketing team to promote online services - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in online operations or e-commerce - Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently - Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Confidence in making decisions and handling multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online platforms - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
