Operations Associate

Job Description:

Al Gosaibi Bros. is seeking a motivated and energetic Operations Associate to join our team in Riyadh, SA. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of drive and enthusiasm for the role, as well as possess excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in managing daily operations of the company. 2. Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless workflow. 3. Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics. 4. Help identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements. 5. Assist in coordinating logistics and supply chain activities. 6. Support in managing vendor relationships and negotiations. 7. Assist in implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures. 8. Provide administrative support as needed.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. 5. Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. 6. Willingness to learn and grow within the company. 7. Must be driven and energetic to succeed in the role. 8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
