Sales Manager

Motivate are looking for an experienced and ambitious digital sales manager who will join one of our leading lifestyle website brands. The role will be based in Riyad, Saudi Arabia, with regular travel to Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be part of an exciting, fun and diverse team, playing a critical role in growing digital revenue in Saudi Arabia. To be considered, applicants should have direct past experience selling digital advertising solutions on websites and/or social media.

Prerequisites:

• A proven track record in Digital Sales with at least 3+ years of experience at a publisher or media company.
• A clear understanding of lifestyle media and client contacts in this space.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Arabic.
• A demonstrable understanding of the broader digital marketing landscape and a creative approach to selling.
• The ability to communicate with people at all levels, both to direct clients and agencies alike.
• Proven ability to work independently & collaboratively.
• A hard and smart worker who must be both entrepreneurial and proactive in nature

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing digital sales activity and hitting monthly targets.
• Creative selling of a diverse range of solutions.
• Constantly seeking new business to ensure that targets are met.
• Maintains client relationships and retains business.
