Role SummaryWe are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Executive tojoin our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying newbusiness opportunities, generating leads, and securing large contracts withinour target markets. The Sales Executive will utilize direct sales tactics,respond to RFPs, and employ proactive sales strategies to expand our clientbase and foster long-term relationships.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a thorough understanding of PROVEN 360's offeringsand unique selling propositions to effectively communicate our services topotential clients.

Conduct market research to identify and map potentialclients within the target markets.Engage in direct outreach to potential clients throughcalls, emails, networking events, and social media channels.Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposalsto convert prospects into clients.Respond to RFPs with well-crafted, detailed proposals thatmeet client needs and highlight our strengths.Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on securinglarge contracts.Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and provideregular sales forecasts.Collaborate with the marketing team to align salesstrategies with ongoing branding and marketing efforts.Provide feedback from the market to assist in servicedevelopment and enhancement.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Proven track record of 10+ years in sales, preferably withinthe digital marketing industry.Strong network and understanding of the UAE, KSA, and GCCmarkets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentationskills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

CompensationCompetitive base salary: (Specify amount) per annum.

Commission: (X)% commission on all new contracts secured.Performance Bonus: Discretionary bonus based on achievingand exceeding sales targets.Travel Allowance: For client meetings and market visits.Benefits: Health insurance, annual leave, and travelexpenses.

Variable/Bonus StructureQuarterly bonuses for achieving sales targets set at thebeginning of each quarter.

Additional (Specify %) commission for deals exceeding(Specify amount).Year-end bonus for top performers based on annual targets.Opportunity for promotion and growth within the company.
