Duties:As a CNC Turret Punching Machine Operator you will play a crucialrole in our manufacturing process. Your responsibilities willinclude:
- OperatingCNC Turret Punching Machines efficiently andsafely.
- Settingup machines according to jobspecifications.
- Loadingand unloading materials into themachine.
- Runningtest programs to ensure proper machinefunctionality.
- Monitoringmachine operations to detect any issues ormalfunctions.
- Performingroutine maintenance on machines asneeded.
- Inspectingfinished products for quality andaccuracy.
- Followingall safety protocols andprocedures.
Requirements
- Minimum3 to 5 years of experience operating CNC Turret PunchingMachines.
- Proficiency in operating AMADA Machines or any machines with FanucControlSystems.
- Abilityto read and interpret technical drawings andblueprints.
- Understanding of machine operations andmechanics.
- Keeneye for detail to ensure accuracy inproduction.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise duringmachineoperation.
- Good verbal and written communication skills to collaborateeffectively with teammembers.
- Strongcommitment to workplace safety and adherence to safetyguidelines.
- Abilityto stand for long periods and lift heavy materials whennecessary.
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience operating CNC TurretPunching Machines. Machine Experience: Proficiency in operatingAMADA Machines or any machines with Fanuc Control Systems.Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawingsand work instructions. Age Limit: Below 35 years old.
