Contracts Coordinator-PMO

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts, including but not limited to client agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.

• Ensure that all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.

• Track contract milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution and compliance.

• Facilitate communication and negotiation between parties

• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and legal counsel to negotiate contract terms and conditions

• Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and issues.

• Coordinate contract reviews and approvals with relevant stakeholders.

Qualification Requirement:
Bachelor's or diploma degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of contract law and legal principles.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
