Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Digital Delivery Manager to lead our digital team in delivering cutting-edge solutions across BIM (Building Information Modeling), PMIS (Project Management Information Systems), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), and IT infrastructure projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep technical understanding of digital system integrations.We are seeking a dynamic Digital Delivery Manager to lead our digital team in delivering cutting-edge solutions across BIM (Building Information Modeling), PMIS (Project Management Information Systems), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), and IT infrastructure projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep technical understanding of digital system integrations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership & Strategy: - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing digital delivery team. - Define and implement digital delivery strategies that align with the company’s goals. - Ensure the successful delivery of BIM, PMIS, ERP, and IT infrastructure projects on time and within budget. 2. Project Management: - Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple digital projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of digital solutions. - Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure compliance with industry standards. 3. Technical Expertise: - Provide technical guidance on the implementation and integration of BIM, PMIS, ERP, and IT infrastructure. - Evaluate and recommend digital tools and technologies to improve efficiency and performance. - Ensure robust IT infrastructure and data security measures are in place. 4. Stakeholder Management: - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver optimal solutions. - Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients. - Foster strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and technology partners. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Implement best practices and innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement in digital delivery processes. - Develop and maintain documentation and training materials to support digital initiatives. My profile Qualifications: – Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A relevant master’s degree or certification is a plus. – Proven experience in leading digital delivery teams and managing complex projects in BIM, PMIS, ERP, and IT infrastructure. – Strong technical knowledge in digital systems, software, and integration methodologies. – Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery. – Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. – Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
