Director of Food & Beverage

The Director of Food andBeverage will report to the Director of Operations and forms part ofthe Hotel Leadership team who collectively make key strategic andoperational decisions for the Hotel. 

The magnitude of theproduct and services offered, calls for a well experienced, creativeand fiscally savvy candidate who has the aspiration to leadmultifaceted and diverse team and is able to look outside the box toensure that the world-class Four Seasons quality is offeredin a high volume environment.

WHAT ARE YOUR ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS

• Strategically oversee the operations of theF&B division.
• Promote product innovation and delivery aswell as service offer for each Restaurant.
• Build teamcapability, knowledge and resources to meet long term businessobjectives e.g. recruitment strategy; training system, career andsuccession planning.
• Develop, oversee and trouble shoot dayto day capacity planning and performance management e.g. work rotes,systems, disciplinary issues.
• Work with sales and marketingand senior operations to develop and deploy a PR, sales and marketingstrategy, ensuring each restaurant is positioned to meet businessobjectives.
• Be accountable for sales revenue and day to dayP&L across F&B division.
• Monitor annual business plans andtargets to achieve business objectives, as well as future guest trendsand align F&B products and service offer.

PREFERREDREQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous Experience as a Division Head in a Luxury Hotel or Resort 
• Highest level of integrity and transparency 
• Apply an ethical approach to the outcome of situations 
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work withcross-functional teams 
• Reasonable problem-solving,decision-making and conflict resolution skills 
• ElevatedLeadership skills and experience in a multicultural environment 
• Ability to recognize and adapt to the fast-paced hotel operation
• A positive, can-do attitude that shows resilience andmaturity with strong communication skills

WorkAuthorization

Hotel will apply for the Work Visa andResidence Permit for the successful candidates.
