The Position
As an Ethics & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for driving compliance initiatives in the areas of business ethics, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, data privacy, and human rights across Saudi Arabia. Moreover, you will also provide legal and compliance support.
Your main accountabilities will be:
• Effective coordination, alignment, communication, and implementation of the global, regional, and local Ethics and Compliance strategy, program, procedures, and activities
• Provide high-quality ethics and compliance advice to protect the integrity of the company on Ethics and Compliance matters
• Support organizational cultural and mindset changes to ensure that Saudi achieves ambitious business targets sustainably and efficiently while driving a high level of integrity among managers and employees
• Ensure proactive and protective Compliance risk assessment and mitigating action plans
• Coordinate and report on ethics and compliance matters
Qualifications
As an Ethics & Compliance Manager, you need to have extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical regulation and business transactions. In addition, you need to have in-depth experience with Business Ethics and Compliance in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, including codes of conduct.
To be successful in this role:
• Bachelor's degree in law with strong communication and compliance skills.
• A minimum of 5-8 years of working experience in legal, compliance, or auditing, with at least 50% of responsibilities in Compliance
• Extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical regulation and business transactions in Saudi Arabia is preferred
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic
