Summary
Support the overall activities of Government Relation functions to achieve its mission, goals and objectives and to enhance its existing systems, process and productivity.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
- Preparesand obtains approved application for any required processing (Iqama, visas,etc…). This entails staying at the Passport Administration from the time theapplication is submitted until the concerned process is completed and documentis returned.
- Ensuresthat all details and addressing errors in the system for residency permits,visas, or other related matters are properly completed.
- Ensuresthat visas and Iqamas are checked, and registration is correctly completed inOracle System.
- Ensuresvalidity of visas required for employees/dependents to comply with Hospital’sregulations.
- Ensuresthat passports and Iqamas are properly stored and secured in Passport SavingRoom.
- Guidesand acts as a resource person for Passport Representatives and Clerks withinGovernment Relations Department, and for other staff within the Hospital in anydepartmental related matter.
- Responsiblefor employees and dependents’ Passport/Iqamas taken to Riyadh PassportAdministration for all required transactions.
- Ensuresfollowing and implementing Government required procedures in all received transactions.
- Maintainseffective public relations with all concerned parties. Maintains withgovernment offices to facilitate Hospital business.
- Follows all Hospital’s relatedPolicies and Procedures.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relation , Business Administration , Human Resources Management, or other related discipline is required.
Experience Required
Grade 08:
One (1) year ofrelated experience is required.
Grade 09:
Three (3) years ofrelated experience, including two (2) years of (Grade 08) experienceis required. Other Requirements(Certificates)
