Purpose:

Reporting directly to the Corporate CEO, the HR Manager will play a vital role in defining and implementing HR policies andprocedures. This strategic position involves anticipating market trends,proposing policy changes, and spearheading the creation and execution of the HRdepartment.

Responsibilities:

- Anticipate and propose changes to existingpolicies, aligning them with market trends and company needs.

- Lead the design, creation, and implementationof the HR department.

- Develop a strategic plan for talentmanagement, training, and development aligned with company growth.

- Define HR policies through actions in talentattraction, training, HR systems and operations, employee retention programs,and organizational development.

- Ensure compliance with labor managementregulations

Requirements

- University degree, with postgraduate studies.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in leadershiproles in HR, with a clear focus on development.

- Prior experience in creating HR departmentsis highly valued.

- Proficiency in English.

- Empathetic individual with excellentrelationship-building and communication skills.
