Job Overview:

As a Lead Engineer, Maintenance Mechanical, your primary responsibility is to lead and oversee the mechanical maintenance activities within an industrial facility. You will ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of mechanical equipment and systems by coordinating maintenance activities, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and troubleshooting mechanical issues. This role requires strong technical expertise in mechanical engineering, leadership skills, and the ability to optimize maintenance strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or a similar role, preferably in an industrial setting.

Strong technical knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, equipment design, and maintenance practices.

Experience in planning and coordinating mechanical maintenance activities.

Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical systems and equipment failures.

Knowledge of preventive maintenance methodologies, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), and predictive maintenance techniques.

Familiarity with safety regulations and standards applicable to mechanical maintenance.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and mentor a team.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex mechanical issues and develop effective solutions.
