Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation of CSS Education strategies across MEA.
• Identify current gaps, key goals & objectives, focus areas & priorities for ProfEd within their geographical focus.
• Develop and design ProfEd curricula aligned to justified business strategy, addressing local market dynamics/needs
• Accountable for the execution of MEA CSS prof ed plan within the allocated budget.
• Being held accountable for their territory allocated budget and updating / reconciling on monthly bases.
• Support development & implementation ProfEd best practice framework and SOPs.
• Identify focus ProfEd projects & develop projects implementation plan.
• Develop and implement ProfEd SOP’s, effectiveness measurements & metrics evaluation process at their geographical coverage level.
• Serve as an educational partner, develop & maintain working relationship with internal & external customer.
• Review ProfEd inventory and assess opportunities for healthcare professional (including non-clinical stakeholders for CSS) trainings.
• Align and cooperate with geographical peers to serve the execution of educational agendas.
• Manage indirectly and without authority corresponding ProfEd Event Manager for MEA.
• KOL relationship management, faculty development intra-regional ensuring local capabilities are being developed across CSS franchise.
• Leads local delivery of virtual proctorships / preceptorships pilots in their geographical focus ensuring alignment of local teams, marketing & involved TPIs.
• Ensures compliance adherence to all legal, regulatory and HCC policies.
• Ensures compliance practice in both planning and execution of educational agendas.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Mandatory experience in CSS franchise - Marketing, Education, or other related job function – minimum 5 years
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a complex matrix working environment
• Fluency in English, with strong verbal & written communication skills (mandatory)
• Fluency in Arabic, with strong verbal & written communication skills (optional)
• Excellent communication interpersonal skills.
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong team-working skills

Travel:

Approximately 50 % of time for regional and international travel
