Your new role, what's involved? We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager with over 15 years of proven expertise in construction management, specifically within landscaping programs, ideally in a consultancy setting. As a Project Manager at WSP, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and ensuring the successful delivery of projects in Riyadh. Responsibilities: Lead and manage projects within the Construction Management Office (CMO) in Riyadh. Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget. Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop and implement project management plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and procurement strategies. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, driving continuous improvement in project delivery processes. Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, ensuring a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Maintain strong client relationships, addressing client concerns and ensuring project objectives are met or exceeded. We'd love to hear from you if you have: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. Over 15 years of progressive experience in project management within construction consultancies. Extensive experience in managing landscaping programs or similar construction projects is essential. Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale projects from initiation to completion. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
