Job Description - Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:


Sipchem is looking for a motivated and passionate Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person 2. Providing product information and pricing to customers 3. Processing orders and coordinating with the logistics team for timely delivery 4. Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a positive and efficient manner 5. Maintaining customer records and updating databases with relevant information 6. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention 7. Assisting with administrative tasks as needed 8. Building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Strong teamwork and project management skills 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
