Job Description - Remote Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


Middle East Battery Company is seeking a Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Jeddah, SA. This is a full-time position at the entry level, perfect for individuals looking to kick-start their career in customer support.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via various communication channels including phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and product information - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Work closely with the sales and technical teams to provide comprehensive support to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach - Resourceful and able to work independently - Ability to demonstrate leadership and innovation in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
